ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S APPEAL OF ORDER AWARDING COSTS

Plaintiff filed this action against Leroy-Somer North America, her former employer, alleging that she was discriminated against in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (“A.D.A.”) and the Tennessee Human Rights Act, T.C.A. § 8-50-103 et seq. The case was tried by a jury, and on December 12, 2003, the jury rendered a verdict in favor of Defendant.
