The petitioner sought unemployment benefits under the provisions of G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 151A, as appearing in St. 1941, c. 685, § 1, as amended. The director *420of employment security, hereinafter called the director, determined that the petitioner was not entitled to any benefits and his decision was affirmed by the board of review. G. L.
