This action was brought to obtain a decree of the court adjudging certain deeds (mentioned in the complaint, and executed by the United States marshal of Utah territory pursuant to certain execution sales made under a judgment obtained in the third district court by Clark, Eld-redge & Co., a corporation, against John M.
