Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to sections 205(g) 1 and 1631(c)(3) 2 of the Social Security Act as amended for judicial review of the final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (the “Secretary”) denying plaintiff’s application for disability insurance benefits and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits.
