| ¿This is an appeal of a summary judgment dismissing a claim for contribution for workers’ compensation benefits paid by or on behalf of the plaintiffs. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On June 27, 2009, Amouis R. Light (Light) was injured during the course and scope of his employment with Westgate, LLC (Westgate) while performing work undertaken pursuant to a contract between Westgate, as the subcontractor, and Eaton Corporation (Eaton) as the principal contractor.
