Certiorari on the relation of the defendants, Independent Rural Telephone Company and the Bankers Indemnity Insurance Com pany, its insurer, to review an order of the industrial commission awarding compensation to Clara Ebeling and other dependents of Michael G. Ebeling, who received injuries while working on the line of the telephone company from which he died on June 3, 1931.
