In connection with her underlying litigation seeking modification of her dissolution of marriage decree relating to child support, Celeste Marianne (Whitney) Wilson (Relator) filed three successive notices of her intent to depose Debbie Slumskie. Each notice required Ms. Slumskie to produce certain documents in her possession and control in her capacity as custodian of the books and records of Whitney Mechanical Contractors, Inc.
