Before the Court is the Trustee’s Motion for an Order Confirming the Trustee’s Determination of Claim Number 600000009 (“Motion,” ECF Doc. #6350). The SIPA Trustee of MF Global, Inc. (“MFGI”) seeks confirmation of his determination that the claim filed by Cobalt Mortgage, Inc.
