GRISSOM, Justice.

Ernest H. Greene sued Condor' Petroleum Company et al. to recover a commission or compensation for services alleged to have been rendered by plaintiff to defendants in procuring the building of an oil refinery near leases owned by plaintiff and defendants and the sale of oil by the defendants and plaintiff to the refinery.
