In her petition against the Southern Railway Company, to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been susiained by her while a passenger of defendant’s train, Mrs. E. Y. *628Gore made substantial]}' the following allegations: Petitioner, in company with her adult daughter, presented herself as a passenger on one of defendant’s trains, after having provided themselves with tickets.
