OPINION

FRIEDLANDER, Judge.

Ronnie R. Williams appeals from his conviction of Domestic Battery,1 a class *459A misdemeanor. The sole issue on appeal is, did sufficient evidence support his conviction?

We affirm.

The facts favorable to the conviction demonstrate that on March 6, 2002, Heath Evans, a Kokomo Police Officer, was dispatched to the residence of Susan Kenner.
