This case involves two consolidated appeals from the Board of Appeals. Patent Appeal No. 6772 is from the board’s affirmance of the examiner’s rejection of claims 24 through 34 and 36 through 39, the only remaining claims in appellant’s application Serial No. 717,681. Patent Appeal No. 7058 is from that part of the board’s decision refusing claims 9 to 12, 23, 24, and 27 through 29 of application Serial No. 511,453, the board having reversed the examiner’s rejection of claims 18, 22, 25, 26 and 32, the remaining claims in that application.
