— This case comes to this court upon certification by'the Springfield Court of Appeals. The reason assigned for the certification was a conflict between their opinion and the opinion of the St. Louis Court of Appeals in the case of Knight v. Orchard, 92 Mo. App. 466. The Court of Appeals in its opinion gives, among other things, the following outline of the facts of the case:
