Banke, Judge.

The appellant brought this medical malpractice action to recover for injuries which she allegedly suffered, at least in part, as the result of the negligence of an emergency room physician on duty at Doctors Hospital. She sought to hold the hospital liable under the doctrine of respondeat superior. The trial court rendered an order granting the hospital’s motion for summary judgment, leaving the case pending against the emergency room physician and one other doctor. The appellant filed this direct appeal from that order.
