ALMON, Justice.

J.R.W. petitioned for a writ of certiorari to the Court of Civil Appeals,' asserting that the judgment of that court conflicted with other decisions of that court and this one. The Court of Civil Appeals reversed a finding of contempt against S.C. by Judge Holloway of the Houston County Circuit Court. This Court granted J.R.W.’s petition for certiorari review.
