ORDER ADOPTING MAGISTRATE JUDGE’S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
HAMILTON, District Judge.
The court has reviewed Magistrate Judge Chen’s November 2, 2001, Report and Recommendation Re: Plaintiffs Motion for Entry of default Judgment. No objections have been filed. The court finds the Report correct, well-reasoned and thorough, and adopts it in every respect. Accordingly, plaintiffs motion (Docket No. 47) is GRANTED.
