QUINN, Justice.

The State of Texas sued Olan R. Farris and Dorthea Farris (collectively referred to as the Farrises) for reimbursement under § 552.013 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. After a jury trial, the court entered judgment upon the verdict and decreed that the State take nothing against them. The State appealed, alleging three points of error. The first two involve the trial court’s refusal to disregard the jury’s answers to special issues one and two and its decision to deny the State judgment notwithstanding verdict.
