Plaintiff filed a complaint against her former employer in which she advanced a series of claims arising out of what she categorized as sexual harassment in the workplace. The jury returned a verdict in her favor and the trial judge awarded her attorneys’ fees under the Law Against Discrimination (“LAD”), N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 to -49.
