The plaintiff appeals from a judgment of nonsuit entered against it on motion by the defendant for judgment in its favor on the pleadings.. Prior to January 31, 1933, the First National Bank in Minneapolis and the First Minneapolis Trust Company were doing business in Minneapolis, one as a bank and the other as a trust company. On that date the two corporations were merged in a bank, First National Bank & Trust Company of Minneapolis, as 'successor to the two prior corporations.
