*391 *455 {¶ 1} Appellant, Jerry Miller, appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition for a writ of mandamus to compel Liann Bower, chief of the Ohio Bureau of Sentence Computation ("BSC"), to recompute his sentences. We affirm the Tenth District Court of Appeals' judgment.
