—In a matrimonial action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant husband appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rigler, J.), dated January 24, 1991, which denied his motion to disaffirm the findings of a Judicial Hearing Officer as to the equitable distribution of the parties’ assets; and the plaintiff wife cross-appeals from the same order.
Ordered that the cross appeal is dismissed as abandoned, without costs or disbursements, and it is further,
