In this case the proof on behalf of the state is in our opinion sufficient to sustain the verdict of conviction and establishes that a companion of the appellant, who was jointly indicted with her, actually distributed and delivered to one of the state witnesses and in the presence of the appellant the particular pamphlet of literature mentioned in the indictment and entitled “Consolation,” as a “Journal of Fact,” and that both the appellant and her companion admitted to an officer, a witness for the state, that they were distributing this literature.
