Willie Hampton appeals from a judgment of imprisonment rendered after a jury found him guilty of possession for sale of marijuana (Health & Saf. Code, § 11359).

*519On May 21, 1979, a plant quarantine inspector opened a footlocker at Honolulu International Airport during a routine check of air cargo destined for San Francisco. Inside the footlocker were black plastic garbage bags; in the garbage bags were smaller plastic bags containing what appeared to be marijuana.
