BAKES, Justice.
The controversy in this action arose out of the construction of a fish farm in an estuary of the Snake River in the Thousand Springs area. The defendants Norman S. Standall and George H. Lemmon originally owned and constructed the fish farm; the defendant Aquaculture Industries, Inc., was added as a defendant after it acquired an interest in the fish farming operation. The plaintiff Marjorie Hull owns land riparian to the estuary and to the Snake River. The plaintiff Ritter owns land bordering Hull’s land and other land in the area.
