Luff v. Luff

This is an appeal by Betty L. Luff from an order of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County which denied her petition for modification of a divorce decree entered by the circuit court on December 1, 1980. In the petition, the appellant had prayed that the circuit court award her permanent alimony. On appeal she claims that the court erred in denying her that award. She also claims that the court should have awarded her reasonable attorney’s fees.
