OPINION

BUTTS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated sexual assault. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 22.021 (Vernon Supp.1985). The jury found appellant guilty and sentenced him to 99 years’ confinement.

Appellant asserts two grounds of error. In his first ground, he complains the trial court erred in admitting evidence of an extraneous offense. We note here that was not his objection at trial.
