This appeal stems from an action brought by the respondent for the purpose of removing a cloud upon the title to certain property located in Williamsburg County. The complaint alleges as the first cause of action that the plaintiff is the owner in fee of the two tracts of land described in the complaint by virtue of deeds from one Mary J. Ne-smith, but that the defendants claim some right, title or in terest in said lands.
