In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for false arrest and false imprisonment, the plaintiffs appeal, by permission, from an order of the Appellate Term of *598the Supreme Court for the Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated October 17, 1995, which reversed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated May 27, 1994, which was in favor of the plaintiffs in the principal sum of $52,000, and dismissed the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
