Appellee commenced this action in the Crawford circuit court alleging in his complaint that the appellant, Home Insurance Company, issued its policy of fire and tornado insurance to him, covering a loss or damage to a dwelling house in the sum of $300, a barn in the sum of $800, and hay, straw and feed in the sum of $500. The insurance was for a term of five years. The application for the insurance was taken by George C. Miller.
