J. Appeal from a decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Columbia County (Leaman, S.), entered February 22, 1989, which partially granted respondent’s motion to dismiss the petition seeking revocation of the letters testamentary issued to her.

Petitioner, decedent’s widow, brings this proceeding under SCPA 711 (2) to have respondent, decedent’s sister, removed as executrix of decedent’s estate. Four grounds for removal are advanced, two of which are at issue on this appeal.
