Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Reilly, Jr., J.), entered September 8, 2003 in Schenectady County, which, inter alia, granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff sustained injuries on April 12, 1998 when she slipped in a driveway in a parking lot owned by defendant. In this action, she alleges that defendant was negligent in failing to properly maintain the area by permitting an accumulation of twigs and branches.
