DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY

This cause was heard upon the record in the trial court. Each error assigned has been reviewed and the following disposition is made:

{¶ 1} Defendant, Kelly Lee Parsons, appeals the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. We affirm.

{¶ 2} Defendant was indicted on June 20, 1990, for aggravated murder, in violation of R.C. 2903.01(B), with a specification for imposing death or imprisonment for a capital offense under 2929.04(A)(7), and aggravated robbery, in violation of R.C. 2911.01(A)(1). Defendant entered a…
