STOKES, Justice.

This suit was originally instituted by Nora Wall joined by her husband, W. H. Wall, in behalf of herself and her sister, Pearl Denniston, a person of unsound mind and of whose person and estate Nora Wall was the duly appointed and acting guardian, Ruth Lewis joined by her husband, Clarence Lewis, Robert Denniston, Nolan Denniston, and Lillie Williamson joined by her husband, Will Williamson, as plaintiffs, against Viola Wall and her husband, T. B. Wall, and Lloyd Denniston, as defendants. The purpose of the suit was to obtain a partition of 200 acres of land formerly owned by…
