delivered the opinion of the court:
The plaintiff, Jordan/Tamraz/Caruso/Advertising, Inc., performed advertising services for the defendant, Parker Career Center, an employment agency in the Golf Mill Shopping Center, Niles. The defendant, Jack Scannell, operated the agency. Bills for the services were not paid and this action was commenced. The defendants filed no answer to the plaintiffs complaint but, nevertheless, appeared for trial.
