Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court
1Opinion of the CourtLynch, J.
The defendant was arrested and charged with armed robbery, receiving stolen property, and unlawfully carrying a firearm. Before trial, he moved to suppress physical *276evidence and statements obtained at the time of his arrest. The motion judge allowed the motion and suppressed the evidence. The Commonwealth’s application for interlocutory appeal was allowed by a single justice of this court, and the case was transmitted to the full court for determination. We now vacate the order allowing the motion to suppress.
