GARDNER, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing an action brought to enjoin appellee from violating the provisions of Section 15 (a) (1), 15(a) (2) and 15(a) (5) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq.

Appellee is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electrical appliances in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and operates in interstate commerce. The employees involved are clerical employees of apel-lee, most of whom have been so employed for many years.
