Mollie Rost, joined by her husband John Bost, sued the Missouri Pacific Bailway Company to recover damages for the destruction of certain personal property belonging to her, consisting of houses, fences, and other improvements, near Clear Creek Station, on *170the line of said company’s railway, between Houston and Galveston.
