MEMORANDUM OPINION
MARK W. VAUGHN, Chief Judge.
The Court has before it the Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment and the Defendant’s Cross Motion for Summary Judgment. The Plaintiffs complaint seeks damages and attorneys’ fees for an alleged violation of the automatic stay. For the reasons discussed below, the Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment is denied and the Defendant’s Cross Motion for Summary Judgment is granted.
