Chikara Furuichi heads Workday, Inc.’s operations in Japan, overseeing sales growth and customer adoption in a market exceeding $1 billion in annual revenue. He has focused on strengthening Workday’s enterprise customer and partner ecosystems across Japan.
Prior to Workday, Inc., Chikara was President, APJ at Tanium, and VP & GM, North Asia, where he built sales teams and achieved 40× recurring business growth. He holds an Executive Program certificate from the National University of Singapore and a BS in Information and System Engineering from Chuo University.
Angelique de Vries leads Workday, Inc.’s EMEA strategy, driving digital transformation for many of the region’s largest enterprise customers. She implements localized go-to-market programs to accelerate market penetration and customer success.
Previously CEO Northern Europe at Salesforce and SVP at SAP, Angelique brings more than 30 years in enterprise software leadership. She serves on supervisory boards and is an alumna of Nyenrode Business University.
As CTO of the Planning Business Unit, Kumar Ramaiyer leads innovation in Workday Adaptive Planning, modernizing application architecture and ensuring scalable, high-performance delivery for thousands of global clients.
Kumar joined Workday in 2022 after senior engineering roles at Oracle, where he was instrumental in developing Essbase and Exalytics. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins, an MS from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and a BE from IISc.

He has served as Global CTO since 2020 and has held technology leadership positions at Workday, Inc. for over a decade. Dave holds a BS in Fermentation Science from UC Davis and offers more than 20 years of experience in ERP technology.
