Christian holds a Master’s degree in Physics and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Harvard University. Prior to Watershed, he launched Stripe’s climate initiative and served as Head of Merchant Intelligence, managing a 100-person engineering and product team. His background includes leadership in core payments engineering at Stripe and experience as a teaching assistant in algorithms at Harvard.
As Co-Founder & CTO, Avi Itskovich oversees platform architecture and engineering, driving the development of scalable tools for emissions measurement and reduction; he built Watershed Technology, Inc.’s technical stack enabling real-time carbon accounting for enterprise clients.
Avi earned a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Waterloo. He spent five years as a Software Engineer at Stripe and completed internships at Airbnb, Facebook, and Twitter, leveraging his expertise in distributed systems and data analytics to address sustainability challenges.
As Co-Founder & COO, Taylor Francis manages operations and business development, scaling customer success and operational processes; she led the expansion of Watershed Technology, Inc.’s client base across Europe and North America.
Taylor studied Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. She led Stripe’s Atlas and New Markets teams, partnered at Dorm Room Fund, and brings five years of experience in building new markets and operational frameworks in fintech.
Leading strategy and operations since June 2024, Amanda Lubin has optimized cross-functional execution, driving a 10-point increase in customer satisfaction and scaling operations functions to support rapid growth post-Series C.

Sergi holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Loyola Marymount University. He was VP of Product at Cloudflare, leading edge performance and reliability initiatives, and has held senior product roles at TeleSign, Symantec, and Mi5 Networks.
As Head of Support since August 2024, Kevin Walter built Watershed Technology, Inc.’s global support organization, establishing 24x7 follow-the-sun support and implementing KPIs and escalation processes that improved customer issue resolution metrics.
Kevin holds a BA in English from Providence College and an MFA from The New School. He previously served as VP Global Support Engineering at Datadog, where he scaled support from 20 to 385 engineers, and led solutions engineering teams and editorial roles.
