Jay Nanduri - CTO & Co-founder

Jay Nanduri, Truveta’s CTO and co-founder, oversees engineering, de-identification, AI/ML, security, privacy, and compliance, driving the technical platform that enables the company’s mission of "Saving Lives with Data." He has led the development of the underlying data and AI infrastructure essential for electronic health record research and secure platform operations.

Prior to Truveta, Jay was a Microsoft Technical Fellow with 25 patents and led initiatives like Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection and Supply Chain Insights, as well as critical Bing engineering projects. Sally Omidvar - Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer, Sally Omidvar leads product management, design, clinical informatics, marketing, and communications, amplifying Truveta’s growth trajectory. She grew the Partner Research and Success team, driving both customer success and broader adoption of Truveta’s research insights.

Previously Field CTO for Healthcare and VP at DataRobot, Sally directed AI-based public health initiatives with Google.org and Gavi, and developed NLP-based disease risk models at Praedicat. She spent nearly a decade as a research scientist at the CDC and holds an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford along with dual MPH degrees from Emory University.

Fabien Mousseau - CFO

As CFO, Fabien Mousseau manages Truveta’s financial planning, reporting, and investor relations, ensuring efficient capital allocation and sustainable growth. He oversees all financial operations, supporting the company’s rapid expansion while maintaining fiscal discipline.

Deb Nielsen - Chief People Officer

Simonne L. - Vice President and Deputy General Counsel
