Mitch Heath is the co-founder of Teamworks and has played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s presence across collegiate sports, professional leagues, the US Olympic teams, and the Tactical space. Mitch has spearheaded Teamworks’ international expansion efforts, particularly in Europe, successfully launching operations in LaLiga and The Premier League. He also coaches executives within the organization, advises clients globally, and leads the Advisory Board, shaping the company’s operations, growth strategies, and leadership development.
Mitch studied Economics & Public Policy at Duke University before earning his MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. Over his career, he has garnered deep expertise in operations, revenue generation, go-to-market strategies, and fundraising. Mitch serves on various boards and advises startups and nonprofits, demonstrating a lasting commitment to using sports as a platform for social impact.
Anna Indudhara assumed the role of COO at Teamworks in July 2024, where she is responsible for overseeing daily operations and executing company strategy. Previously, Anna led Teamworks' strategy and operations for five years, where her contributions were critical in driving growth and establishing operational excellence.
Anna holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSB in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota. She is a Certified Public Accountant, with prior experience as a manager at Accenture and as a summer associate at N3XT SPORTS. Known for her intelligence, communication abilities, and leadership, Anna plays a vital role in shaping the sports business landscape for Teamworks.
James Coffos became the CTO of Teamworks in July 2024 after serving in dual roles as COO and CFO. James is responsible for leading Teamworks’ technology strategy, driving software innovation, and enhancing operational efficiencies across the platform to better serve sports organizations.
James holds dual advanced degrees—an MS and an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business—and an MA from University of Illinois at Chicago. As a Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in finance and operations management, James previously worked at Navistar Inc and held financial leadership roles before joining Teamworks, making him a key asset in the company’s technology and operational drive.
Doug Fearing joined Teamworks as Chief Data Officer in August 2024 via the acquisition of Zelus Analytics, a company he co-founded. Doug’s expertise has supercharged Teamworks Intelligence by integrating cutting-edge analytics and providing high-level data-driven insights for elite sports and military clients globally.
Doug earned his Ph.D. in Operations Research from MIT and a B.S. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. He has worked as Director of Baseball Research at the Los Angeles Dodgers, and held academic posts at the University of Texas at Austin and Harvard Business School, bringing a wealth of experience in software, optimization, statistics, and machine learning to Teamworks' leadership team.
Sean Harrington leads Teamworks’ engineering teams, focusing on building the Operating System for Sports and Tactical. He is instrumental in driving product innovation, particularly in AI and fintech, and directly contributes to talent acquisition initiatives and enhancing the platform’s operational efficiency.
Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tufts University and possesses substantial experience in software engineering. He previously served in leadership roles with the New England Patriots and was the founder and CEO of Notemeal, a software ecosystem focused on nutrition for athletes.
Karim Kassam heads product strategy and development at Teamworks, focusing on advancing data and decision-making analytics for sports and entertainment clients. Karim drives platform roadmapping and execution, ensuring that Teamworks delivers innovative product offerings and maximizes customer engagement.
Karim holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Harvard University and brings senior product and analytics experience from roles at Zelus Analytics, Jacksonville Jaguars, Minnesota Twins, and Pittsburgh Steelers. His expertise in decision sciences, data analytics, and sports technology is pivotal in shaping Teamworks' product leadership.
Mark Morris is SVP and GM for North America at Teamworks, where he drives growth and manages relationships with key clients across the region. Mark has advanced through multiple leadership positions within Teamworks, concentrating on collegiate sports and spearheading enterprise sales.
Mark earned a Master's degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University and a B.S. in Marketing from Murray State University. His background includes experience in basketball operations and senior roles in sports management and sales leadership, further strengthening Teamworks' presence in North America.
Tricia Sterland manages revenue generation and operations for Teamworks' Tactical division. Tricia’s leadership has led to significant revenue growth through strategic sales, partnerships, and deep market expertise in providing SaaS solutions to military and first responder organizations.
Tricia brings more than 25 years of B2B sales experience, with a Post Masters Certificate in Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She has held senior sales positions at Fusion Sport, Segterra, Omegawave, and Polar Electro, accumulating deep expertise in sports science, nutrition, and wearable markets.
Zack Cooper oversees operational leadership and product management for multiple business units within Teamworks. Zack has implemented process improvements, led engineering teams, and played a crucial role in enhancing platform reliability and efficient delivery of new features.
Zack studied Marketing and Finance at the University of Sydney and holds a BS in Finance from North Carolina State University. With a background spanning software development, engineering management, and key operational roles at high-growth startups and technology companies, Zack’s management expertise supports Teamworks’ scalability and continued growth.
