With over eight years at PrizePicks, Jay has founded other startups such as SeedFeed and Capp.io, and was a software developer at Insightpool. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, which underpins his expertise in technology leadership within the daily fantasy sports vertical.
Marcus Sanford joined as CFO in October 2024, where he leads all financial activities, including strategic planning, budgeting, treasury, and M&A initiatives to enable PrizePicks’ scaling and operational goals. With over two decades in finance, Marcus was previously CFO of Blizzard Entertainment and Deputy CFO at Activision Blizzard, also having led corporate finance at Vivendi Universal Games. Boasting over 30 years in gaming and digital marketing, Mike Quigley previously held high-profile positions such as CMO at Niantic (Pokémon GO), Director of Consumer Marketing at Google/YouTube, and Group VP of Marketing at Electronic Arts. His expertise in brand strategy and community growth is key to developing the company’s global presence.
Ari Koteles, Chief Business Officer since October 2024, integrates business development, partnerships, and strategic product initiatives for PrizePicks. Ari drives revenue expansion and aligns commercial functions, ensuring the PrizePicks leadership team remains competitive.
Ari previously served as PrizePicks CFO and was Head of Finance at MessageGears and led corporate development at Turner Broadcasting. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, combining operational finance and commercialization expertise.

Her 20+ years in HR leadership include roles as Head of People & Culture at Turner Sports and Bleacher Report, and as VP at Warner Bros. Discovery. Renee began her career in HR management at Turner Broadcasting, bringing a robust foundation in organizational development to the management team.
Chris Hackney, COO since September 2022, oversees daily operations, customer engagement, and platform scalability. His approach has been essential during periods of rapid user growth and peak game seasons, ensuring excellent user experiences and seamless platform performance.
With over 25 years in SaaS and digital media, Chris was previously COO of Product & Customer Success at WebMD, and has led successful exits of several SaaS tech firms including Mercury Healthcare, TrendKite, Insightpool, and Vitrue. His experience in scaling technology operations supports the rapid evolution of the PrizePicks platform.
Appointed in September 2022, Chip Singh leads creative direction, brand identity, and experiential marketing for PrizePicks. Through innovative branding and campaign work, Chip differentiates PrizePicks from competitors in the dynamic fantasy sports landscape.
Chip’s prior experience includes four years as a creative lead for American Express in sports and entertainment experiential marketing. His expertise spans sports entertainment, branding, and experiential campaign delivery.
