Haiyan Song - EVP & GM, Cloud Operations

Haiyan Song leads Cloud Operations at NetApp, managing Cloud Insights, Optimization, and Application Services. She has accelerated cloud service adoption and improved platform scalability, security, and customer outcomes.

Haiyan holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, and studied at Tsinghua and Stanford GSB. Her prior roles include EVP positions at F5 and Splunk, leading distributed cloud and security, as well as engineering roles at ArcSight and HP.

Gus Shahin - EVP, Business Technology & Operations
